Shipping Policy (UK Only)

We are pleased to offer reliable and efficient shipping across the UK. Please review the information below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives late, is damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at jewelledbygee@outlook.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    •    Unworn and in their original condition

    •    Returned in their original packaging

    •    Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

    •    Earrings and body jewellery are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will require:

    •    A clear description of the issue

    •    Photographic evidence of the damage

    •    Your order number

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue. We aim to resolve all concerns as quickly and fairly as possible.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
